WORLD OF WORK
 The programme is one-to-one coaching, aimed at young people age 16 –18 yrs; the objectives are to improve the overall marketability of the young person.
The programme is designed to assist the participants through their transition to adulthood, and working life by improving their personal and social development, which results in improved local opportunities for them.
This programme is based on employability training or moving onto further education, via one-to-one coaching on a weekly basis with the individuals. The coaching will act as a sounding board, challenging thinking and offering different perspectives on issues. The programme gives young people practical advice and support to and be able to achieve to the best of their ability in the labour market.
